A driver can pre-reserve a parking spot for a booking fee at their destination using the SureReserve app. Our fully automated cloud-based booking management platform will activate an easily installed park lock barrier in the carpark designated lot, thereby securing it and preventing any other car from parking there.

When the driver arrives, the SureReserve smartphone app will navigate inside the carpark to the designated parking spot with the help of built-in carpark maps. At the click of a button on your SureReserve smartphone app, the system will authenticate your driver’s access and lowers the park lock enabling the driver to drive in and park.

The parking management is provided with a dashboard with live carpark maps to monitor the reservations, revenue and other carpark operational metrics. If necessary, the SureReserve barriers can even be kept “down” for a period, enabling normal parking.
