Are your rates inclusive of all costs?

Our rates include hire of vehicle, comprehensive insurance, maintenance, fuel, unlimited mileage, parking, ERP, and chauffeur. Prevailing GST applies.

What is the booking process like?

Fill in our enquiry form and our team will get in touch with you within 2 working days to confirm your requirements and assist with your reservation.

What is the waiting time for airport pickups?

Upon flight arrival (based on the actual landing time), a 60-minute complimentary waiting period applies for all vehicles.

If the guest does not arrive within this period, an additional transfer charge will apply.

Should the delay extend beyond 61 minutes after the second pick-up attempt, the booking will be converted to a 3-hour disposal service, with the corresponding rates applied.

What if I’m arriving at a ferry terminal or private terminal?

A minimum 4-hour disposal rate applies for arrivals or departures at Ferry Terminals, Singapore Cruise Centre, Seletar Airport, Paya Lebar Airbase, JetQuay (CIP Complex), and VIP Complex.

Do you provide child safety seats for your vehicles?

Yes, there is an additional surcharge of $10 for booster seats and $20 for baby seats.

Are your rates valid during special events?

No. Rates are not valid during special events like the Singapore Airshow, Formula 1, IMDEX, or other major national events. Please enquire for special event rates.

Any additional surchage?

An additional one-time surcharge applies for transfer or pick-up/drop-off points at outskirt areas, e.g., Tuas shipyards, location after Jurong town hall, Airbase, Changi Business Park and Naval Base:
a) S$15.00 for all vehicles including 13-seater bus
b) S$25.00 for 23-seater and 44-seater buses

What is your cancellation policy?

For any cancellation of confirmed bookings:
a) 50% charge will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours before pick-up time.
b) Full charge will apply for cancellations made within 12 hours before pick-up time.
