We have been leasing our vehicles from 2018 and have never needed to look elsewhere. Very professional staffs from leasing to aftersales service! Our first encounter was with Ms Shirleen from Leasing. She is very polite, professional and very easy to deal with. We ordered customized specifications for our vehicles and everything was handled with a breeze.For aftersales and vehicle maintenance, I must extend a special shout-out to Mr Sam Kwok who I deal with most frequently. Although I’ve never met him in person, only dealing with him over the phone, for many years he never disappoints! He’s prompt and responsive and dealing with him is super easy as he’s very thorough and reliable in arranging all our vehicle services, always making sure that everything is arranged smoothly from vehicle collection to delivery. Even when he’s off duty, he still follows up on arrangements until the end. I go to him for any mechanical issues and even if he is unable to assist me, I can always rely on him to go out of his way to help me resolve them.I also want to add that all vehicle delivery staffs whom I have encountered are always very polite and professional. Pls be aware this is pure SCAM. I rented a car and had a small incident scratching others car mirror. So both my and the other car mirrors got the same damage.For the rental car I was charged 100sgd while for the other car I've for an invoice for 1.6k sgd. Exactly the same damage. There were no official invoice or document, just a poor quality screenshot with the amount on it. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AS ITS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. on top of it all the communication was very poorly managed with huge delays and unacceptable solutions proposed. For example instead of returning me balance of the deposit they proposed to wait for 6 months without specific details when they plan to return it. Also for the upfront payment by credit card they wanted to charge 2 times additional 3% saying that it's a banking fee. Only after confronting them you can get some positive resolution. Strongly don't recommend.
